Location: Remote (Australia-Based) Type: Part-Time, Contract

You will provide detailed, objective feedback that directly influences our collection, ensuring an exquisite experience for our clients. This is a highly confidential role that requires maturity, objectivity, and excellent descriptive skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct thorough, hands-on evaluations of new and existing products, assessing materials, aesthetics, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Document your findings in detailed, articulate reports, providing constructive feedback to our design and procurement teams.
- Assess product durability and material integrity through structured testing protocols.
- Provide insights into the sensory aspects of our products, including texture, weight, and life-like qualities.
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of your work.

Location: Melbourne-Based (Hybrid Work Model) Type: Full-Time
Role Summary: As a Client Sanctuary Specialist, you are the voice and heart of Valley Of The Dolls. You will be the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, providing thoughtful, empathetic, and expert guidance. This role is dedicated to ensuring every client feels seen, heard, and respected. You will be a trusted guide, helping clients navigate our collection and ensuring their experience is seamless, private, and positive from their first inquiry to post-purchase support.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for all client inquiries via email and our secure messaging platform.
- Provide compassionate and professional pre-sales support, answering questions about products with sensitivity and expertise.
- Assist clients with order placement, tracking, and after-care information.
- Resolve any client issues with grace, efficiency, and a commitment to finding a positive solution.
- Uphold our brand’s tone of voice—elegant, reassuring, and empowering—in all communications.
- Meticulously maintain client confidentiality and data security.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a premium customer service, client relations, or support role.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
