To ensure the Valley remains a true sanctuary for everyone, we are all bound by the following community standards. These principles apply to all interactions with our brand and with fellow community members, whether on social media, in product reviews, or in any future community forums.

1. Respect is Paramount We have a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, harassment, bullying, or any form of abuse. All interactions must be conducted with mutual respect. Do not make threats, post discriminatory remarks, or attack individuals for their choices or identity.

2. Uphold Absolute Privacy Confidentiality is the cornerstone of our brand. Do not share or request the personal information of others within the community. Respect the anonymous and private nature of this space. What is shared in confidence must remain in confidence.

3. Engage with Empathy & Openness This is a judgment-free zone. We do not tolerate kink-shaming, body-shaming, or slut-shaming. We are here to support and empower one another. Engage in conversations with an open mind and lead with empathy.

4. Foster a Positive & Empowering Space We encourage constructive, uplifting, and helpful dialogue. Do not engage in malicious gossip, spread misinformation, or intentionally create negativity. Spam, unsolicited promotions, and off-topic content that detracts from the community’s purpose are not welcome.

5. Honor Legality & Safety All members of our community are expected to abide by Australian law. We strictly prohibit the sharing of illegal content or the promotion of any illegal activities.

Our Commitment Violations of these standards may result in removal from our platforms, cancellation of orders, or being blocked from future participation in our community. These actions are taken to protect the integrity of the sanctuary we have built.
